In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as RODO), as of 25.05.2018, we secure the personal data of our website users in accordance with the new and existing laws.
What personal data do we process from our website?
All data that a user on our website leaves or shares.

Marketing mailing
For users who have registered their desire to participate in our training courses and provided a real e-mail address and consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, we exercise the right to send e-mails. E-mailing can contain both information directly related to the activities of our store (e.g., promotions, new products on offer) and those unrelated to it (e.g., greetings).
Each such shipment also contains a link, allowing you to opt out of receiving further marketing mailings, without having to cancel your account registered with us.

What are the purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data and the period of processing?
The purposes of processing personal data are as follows:
- Preparation of the contract (preliminary activities) and performance of the contract between the Administrator and the User, including tailoring the Services to the Users’ needs, analyzing and improving the Services, and ensuring the security of the Services; Article 6(1)(b) RODO – necessity for the performance of the contract to which the User is a party; until the expiration of the contract in question, with the proviso that sometimes, the data may also be processed after the expiration of the contract, but only if permitted or required under applicable law, e.g., processing for statistical or billing purposes or for the purpose of asserting claims
- Statistical measurement (hereinafter “statistics”) marketing of the administrator’s products and services; Article 6(1)(f) RODO – legitimate interest of the administrator; until an effective objection is raised
- Marketing regarding third-party products and services; Art. 6(1)(a) – voluntary consent; until consent is withdrawn.
Is there an obligation to transfer data?
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data marked as necessary for the provision of services will prevent the provision of services to you.
To which recipients will the data be transferred?
User data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the administrator, including IT service providers, marketing agencies, etc. – However, such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator’s instructions. Your data may also be transferred to entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of applicable law, e.g. to law enforcement agencies in the event of a request by the authority on an appropriate legal basis (e.g. for the purposes of pending criminal proceedings).
